After-hours bay access.
Booked outside staffed hours? Here's how to get set up and shut down before you leave.
Active members — 5-Hour, 10-Hour, or Unlimited plan holders — who book a bay online outside staffed hours get a secure access link for the front door, valid from 15 minutes before your slot through 15 minutes after it, so there’s time to get in and settled.
Setting up your bay
- Turn on the projector with the white remote — press the blue power button once.
- Wake the computer (press Enter or click the mouse).
- Open Trackman Performance Studio and let it connect and calibrate.
- If it’s waiting on calibration, click Continue. If Continue isn’t highlighted, click Reset, then Continue.
- Pick your mode — Practice, Course Play, or another available option — and start your session.
Your bay logs out automatically 10 minutes after your booked slot ends.
Before you leave
Help us keep the facility ready for the next member:
- Turn off the projector with the white remote — press the blue power button twice.
- Exit or close Trackman Performance Studio.
- Put the computer to sleep.

Stop by during staffed hours before booking an after-hours session — our team will walk you through the system so you’re comfortable using it on your own. Staffed hours: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sat–Sun 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
